Don’t expect to shoot a 3 pt or better in early season of the hunt.. it’s a tough hunt and resident mainly consists of does/fawn/spikes/forkies. The hype isn’t there like it used to be.

If there is no moisture the roads can get dusty but it doesn’t take much moisture to make em slick.good luck!

This season has be a hard one. It’s not like the ones they show on tv. Roost a bird, hike in the dark, locate the bird and call em in like they do in hunting shows. Only heard one Tom and he was a smart.. was vocal and shut down after.

Yup! Youth hunts getting hard to draw. My boys never drew a youth tag during their youth years.

too many tags being issued for this unit that will make this unit decline in deer numbers and not because of the youth hunt. Some youth are just lucky to draw tags. I had my boys do their hunter safety when they turned 10 and 11 yrs old. They only drew once and that was their 4th choice(2B September archery) now they are are 18 and 19 years old. I just think too many tags are being issued and tags need to be cut in...

I think that is the option you chose. Either go with e-tags or get your carcass tag mailed out to you. I might be wrong but that's what I think

You can buy it at any vendor for $1 vendor fee. I wasn?t too sure on long it will take so i went to cabales and bought mine. $1 extra is better than waiting for the snail mail.

I'm thinking it only works for applicants who asked for a refund. I already bought a turkey license and that required a General game license and stamps . So I'll wait for the results to come out. Good luck to everyone

If it's legit than we drew 3 deer tags bc my sons and I all get the conflicting messages.
