I just bought another Cooper this afternoon. A Jackson Hunter in 30-06. While I haven't shot the rifle yet, the fit & feel of the Jackson Hunter seem more comfortable for off hand shooting.

I second the suggestion of Kiowa Hunting Service. I went on a cow hunt with them Dec. of 2006 and had a great time. Well organized,lots of elk and professional. I will hunt with them again.

Yes, I hunted there about 8 years ago. Can be a physically tough hunt when you start hiking through the marshy bogs. Lots of Moose & caribou. Friendly people and fairly easy to get to & from. Feel free to email me if you have specific questions I can try to answer.
