Drew it a few years ago. Hunted early for a week and late for a week. Saw a lot of deer but no big deer. Talked to fish and game and heard of a few larger ones taken out. All 3 of us ended up getting one but it was like two 3 points and a 4 point. Saw two monster bulls, but wasn't looking for elk.

Got 55 deer. Never hunted there just look at odds versus harvest stats and randomly picked it

My dad talked to a family member that knows a rancher in Bellevue who said there are lot of elk down low from the fire eating crops so I might be able to find someone that wants elk off their property. Not sure best way to go about asking though

31 is one that tripled. I'm in it now I've seen two hunters over 3 days. But I'm also 2.5 hours of hiking in just to get close to where elk are and not on roads

I made a graph of the number of hunters and success over the last 10 years on excel while bored at work. Some units have double or tripled in hunters and some have even dropped in half. So just depends where you are.

I'm currently on the mtn but have cell signal looking at 5 cows at 430 yards but no bull. Not talking yet far western Idaho

Well that doesn't sound very fun haha. One would think with typical around 200 hunters and 3 units there would be enough space. If someone did that to me I'd probably forgo hunting and just stand a few hundred yards away screaming purposely scaring away their lope

I assumed that might be a slightly annoying issue being that there is only so much water
