In this last issue of eastman's bowhunting journal it states in their MRS section on utah "premium limited entry permits allow the successful applicant to hunt all three seasons within their unit" Does anyone know if this is correct?

I am thinking of burning my 17 NR Utah deer points on the rifle paunsaugunt hunt instead of waiting till I die for the henry's. (any other suggestions) and would like to do a swap hunt or help for western colorado big game.
