If anybody in here is looking for capes, I have 2 large mature mule deer capes. One from NE Wyoming and one from Alberta. I also have a really good Alberta bull moose cape. Pay the shipping is all I ask.

My wife is shooting a bergara 6.5prc with an Arken EPL4 6-24. It shoots pretty darn good. She just killed a moose in Alberta at 400yds. The scope is surprising for the money, performs as well as some of our WAY more expensive rigs.

The buck on the hoof is the biggest I've ever seen body wise. The one I killed is a close second. He is just shy of 29in wide for reference. 290lbs with no guts, I couldn't believe it.

He sure is successful at garnering alot of attention. I think somebody should just bust his lip and we all forget about him...

Thats not a deer, its a whitetail.....

I guide hunters every year that cant find a buck deer in their scope at 150yds. They still have the right to be out there hunting. I agree she probably should not be taking 600+ yard shots. Either way an unfortunate event that wasnt handled very well by the greedy "experieced" hunter.

Before last hunting season I would have whole heartedly agreed with you. I guided 3 hunters who all took antelope and mature mule deer with Hammer bullets. All 6 animals died very quickly, 2 of the deer dropped like rocks. The bullets performed as advertised, I was very impressed.
