I truly wish I can report better results- the Elk never migrated during our stay on this hunt. a few cows running around- mostly hunters glassing south over to Bennett waiting for elk that were bedded on the flats.

Very strange, I have been in unit 22 for a week now and have not seen a bear yet, very little sign at all. Any tips or suggestions? I am at a loss, been hiking in miles every day, glossing my eyes out, and nothing. Hoping for some insight from my fellow hunter's. Thanks.

I pondered that, unfortunately my schedule would not allow it. I actually drew the tag this spring as well (crazy luck) and my wife and I didn't tag a Bear. Hunted for a week and only saw three. Called the biologist and he said it was a very strange spring. Hoping for better luck this fall...

My wife drew her cow tag, and I drew the 22 Bear tag. Never hunted there in the fall, should be fun.
