Thats my plan MNM, if that doesnt work, I might head over to Idaho and hunt the selway for the last 10 days of A tag season. Im not looking forward to having to pack an elk out of there if I connect, last couple of times it was brutal and I was 7 years younger.

The bottomline is that a state will charge what the market will bare, its obvious that MTs price has gotten so high that the market wont bare it any longer. Only the government would try to issue more tags of what it cant sell in the first place. Lower the price to where all the tags get sold...

Yep, some places might only be 100 acres, but because of the terrain hunt like 600. I was going to tell you to at least look it up on google earth, but for that prices, hell its a no brainer.
