I didn't draw archery this year, but my friend did. He'd love to shoot a bull like this guy. I hope to draw next year. I'd be way excited with an archery bull this size. However he's not hit his potential yet, one or two more years he will.

That's pretty good! You know a couple Eastern states have tried requiring that you must bag a doe before you can take a buck because they have too many deer. Nice problem to have! How about in Utah one has to bag two yotes before they can cut their tag on a buck. :)

I can't afford to apply to enough states that I can draw a hunt every year. I do apply in Colorado. I can't afford to buy a Colorado or Utah landowner permit on a good unit every year. I don't want to hunt just to hunt if I feel there is not chance to harvest a 170+ buck. I am a deer hunter...
