I wouldn’t waste money on the Bo. There’s plenty of areas off it that hold deer. There are not huge pockets anywhere, but there are some very big bucks in 10. Find a good tank with tracks and concetrate on it, and the area surrounding it.

Very, very tough hunt. Some people get lucky and stumble across elk in easy to get to areas, but not the majority. Alot of people don't even see an elk on the hunt. I've been on it numerous times. Turkey Butte gets hit hard the first weekend, including south of there. Get in the canyons and on...

It says 17 because that's how many species points you have. If you have the hunter ed and loyalty, those don't show up in the draw app portion right away. But they do show up in the BP section. That's what I've noticed.

Sorry to hear about the health issues. My dad is getting up there as well. He drew a Kaibab Champ tag this year, Sept. 22-28th. I'd love to do anything and everything to get him on a big deer. I will be making a couple trips up there sometime in August and early Sept. Any help would be appreciated.

No inside info. Charges showing up and dropping is just standard banking. I've seen it with countless charges having nothing to do with G&F. The charge will reappear as officially posted when it clears the bank.

The draw is over. The only other hits coming through are from those rejected cards. False hope.

Point guard has some value for situations beyond someone's control. But if you mistakenly put the wrong hunt number on an app, too bad, pay better attention next time. If you draw a prime tag and we don't get monsoons and you decide you don't want to hunt, too bad. I also agree that group apps...

Not technically hunting related, but it fits in.

Stay away from the Anderson hitch. Way too high failure rate. It’s made from aluminum. A hard break and it is know to collapse on itself and wreck your truck and trailer. The GEN Y and B&W setup are worth the money.

Spend a little more and get a Champion safe. The big box store safes can’t compete.

The setup I had was with a sway bar system on it. Yes it was used correctly. The sway existed with both trucks due to the overall size and length of the trailer.

A year and a half ago I bought my buddy's 32' bumper pull trailer. It was rated as "1/2 ton towable." Had a '14 F150 with the 5.0. Plenty of power to pull the trailer, but the sway was terrible at anything over 50mph. Not that I was trying to go 80. Upgraded the truck to a '22 F250 with the 7.3...

Don't be afraid to go to the far west side of 9. There are tanks out there on the edge of cataract and some big bulls. It's antelope country, but plenty of elk too.
