Does anyone know why the Small Missle Range no longer offer hunts? I had my OIL hunt on that site, after that year it was no longer offered.

Only way to know for sure is to reach in there with your arm as far as you can and see what happens.

Could be owls. I usually see them living in dirt banks however I have seen them burrow in flat areas.

There are nice bulls in 6B during the summer months however they migrate to unit 9 around September 1st. You may want to keep that under your hat!

That is 100% incorrect. You should always load up your application with the most applicants. Your third choice should be the hardest to draw. Tell your friends

You are correct. The 2 day courses for 11yr. and younger fill up fast, and are limited. My son passed at 7yrs. I witnessed 2 parents flip out when their kids didn't pass.

The Rage broadhead I used hit bone and broke when I found my arrow it was splintered and broken. The shaft was packed half way with flesh and covered with blood. This indicates to me the shaft alone entered the elk with no broadhead. Not sure exactly where the broadhead broke but it did break...
