I was able to harvest this beautiful buck in eastern Idaho last week. I drew a late season tag and it was an experience I will never forget. My wife and kids all got to be there when I killed him. He scored right at 190. Buck of a lifetime for me.

Arrow through one back leg, straight though the sack and into the other back leg. Hit an artery and died within minutes. Arrow stayed in the sack.

Great looking mount. Jeremy mounted my Elk last year and is currently mounting the moose i shot last year. He does great work. I will post up the moose pics when they are done.

NO i did not pack him out like that. But it made for some cool picts. That is actually one of the other guys that was with me with it on his pack.

I Shot this bull on the Broadmouth CWMU 4 days before the end of the season.

My 09 Wasatch Bull shot on the last day of the early rifle hunt. I am the tall one in Camo. My dad is the guy not in camo and it is his paint horse. My cousin and guide Steve is the other guy in the pictures.

OH I see a few people recognize who tater23 is. I am putting it in my new house i am building. Ok not really. It will probably end up in Roys house. I hope i get a moose worth mounting.

A good friend of mine named Jeremy Chamberlain did the work. I thought he did a great job.

He went about 345. We had a blast. We probably saw 15 or 16 mature bulls in the 5 days i was able to hunt. He is no 380 bull but I was very happy.

I just had a quick question about how cwmu drawings if anyone could help me out. If their is only one tag that the public can draw for, does everyone have the same chance of drawing or do preference points have any effect in the drawing.

I have the Skyline ED and it has been an awesome scope and the warranty is great. The only concern I might have for you is that it is a little heavy for packpack hunting. But I would check one out and see what you think.

Utahelk1 you are exactly right, the picture does not do the buck justice. It has incredible mass and it is also hard to see all the points. It actually has 23 scorable points on one side and 19 on the other. Their are ones off the back and around the base that you can't see. We have looked a...
