Then why do they keep cutting NR tags? Reduce resident permits for 3 or 5 years and see what happens. There would be more bucks on the landscape. More bucks better the hunt.

You won't draw unit 70 3rd season with only 4 points. It was only 33 percent last year and will be worse odds this year. Will most likely take 5 points.

Not everyone in your family needs a tag to make it a good family hunt. Alot of people think everyone in their camp needs a tag, if they don't they complain that they're ruining their families hunting experiences.

They need to set a quota for residents in region G and H. Non residents are not the problem. Self entitled residents are the problem

No, but if you think 350 non residents are the problem with region G then you're an idiot. The problem is that they don't limit residents. Make residents pick a region.

I hope you're right.

They need to get the damn residents under control. They're hurting the hunting more than nonresidents. Make them pick a region. Wyoming residents act like they aren't the problem but they know they are and won't admit it.

This one wasn't really a backup bull, the other one was in a much easier place to get to and pack out.

If I get the deer combo tag, can I hunt any general district for deer?

So to be able to hunt deer in Montana as a non resident I have to buy a combo elk/ deer tag?

What if I just apply for a deer tag? Can I hunt any open general season area?
