What is the best 7mm wsm powder you have found?... I'll be shooting 160gr ABs and 168 Bergers. I bought some RL-17, but don't see a lot of load data or blog indicating guys prefer it. Any suggestions?

I'm using a bullet puller to unload about 100 rounds I loaded then found a better recipe. My question is after I knock out all the old bullets should I reneck size my brass before loading with new bullets? Or will the necks be just fine?... Wondering if thru the pulling process the necks would...
