    Kenetrek Boots, or comparable boots?

I have also used Meindels for years, but am now weaaring out my second pair of Kenetreks. They are expensive, but in my opinion they are worth it. Nothing is as important on a mountain hunting trip as good boots!

    Colorado Elk tag

76 is an awesome unit. Lots of wilderness and plenty of places to be alone in the high country with good numbers of elk and mature bulls. Very high country so requires a strong degree of ambition and horses are a real plus! Elk will be at tree line during ML season. It will be worth the points!
