After many years of trying with no luck at all in NM I hit the
jackpot(at least in my mind) this year with 16A third season
archery.I had every intention of going DIY if I ever drew a
tag but with my limited elk hunting experience I don't feel
I can do this hunt justice. I am starting my homework and buying
maps but would really like a partner who knows how to hunt elk as well as this unit.
My thought's are that with the tough draw odds of this unit
that maybe someone would be thrilled to part of a hunt in 16A.
I have many references to give if needed, very easy to get along
with, and hopefully we can become good friends and maybe go on
future hunts. Anybody interested?

Paul- I hear what you are saying,I feel real fortunate to
draw this hunt and yes I am a NR. That being said I have been
applying for good hunts for many years and this is the first
time I beat the odds. Sept 19 can't get here soon enough.
