2.25 antelope points and willing to go "special"

My party has 2.25 PP and we want to hunt 2015. I decided to look into what would open up for us if we went "special". Looked at the public land coverage for the whole state and compared it to draw odds. Looks like the following areas that appear to have decent BLM acreage were drawn 100% in '14 with less than 3 PP in the special draw.

Cody Region: 75, 76, 83, 115
Pinedale Region: 87, 89
Lander Region: 65, 66, 68, 75, 107
Green River Region: 98, 100
Laramie Region: 47, 48
Casper Region: 32, 73

Would be interested to know which of these you would cross off the list, or if any stand out as good options. Feel free to PM, if you feel like I'm getting too specific for general viewing.
