I wished they would have made the change where the total price of the fee had to be paid up front. Agian too many deer tags for unit 2B and no increase on 5B deer tags.It's almost like they do just the smallest of changes to not have to have the whole proclomation re done. O'h well , time to start thinking about it...And thats half the fun eh...
