2009 Big Game Regulations

The 2009 Big Game Regulations is now available on ODFW website. For myself, I did not see any new hunts that jumps out and cathes one's eye.

They can't change anything, it might screw up their budget.

Maybe I am out of line here, but since they put the regs out so early, it doesn't really give me confidence that there is a whole lot of actual game management going on---at least not on any sort of yearly basis.

For what it's worth they don't come up with actual tag numbers until May.

Thanks for the info on the tag #'s. I guess my feelings are more just the frustration with the hunting situation in a lot of Oregon.
