2011-2012 Deer Harvest Report

Am I missing it somewhere? Has Game and Fish not posted it?

Most of the other reportable species are there, just not deer.

Game and Fish probably doesn't want you to see it. The success rates so bad cuz of way too many tags given.

Well... yeah, I've considered that. I try to resist conspiratorial thinking, BUT...what if it gets posted within a week of the application deadline? Coincidence?

Not that the results of the harvest are going to prevent me from applying, but I would like to know how hunters in some units fared last year. Me thinks not so good....

I don't think they posted it last year till June !
I also think this is because of the terrible state of our deer herd and very low harvest numbers. But they gota get their $$ before they post it up.

Too many tags? Maybe, but definitely not enough lions being removed...

Unit 34 2500 rifle tags (public land, not including private) 13.5% success.

I would like to know who at G&F wants to wipe out the deer herd in unit 34.
That is insane.
