251-253 Deer areas

I still haven't done deer application and was thinking of putting in for this area as one of my choices. I was wondering if anyone has hunted this area or know anyone that has and what your thoughts are? Thanks Ryan

nvnative, talk to RJ. I used to put in for that area as a third or fourth choice until I actually looked it over closely. Too many trees in Kawich for me.

yeah I did talk to him. He said Roy knows more about that unit then he does. I was going to put in down as my last choice. I was thinking it would be a good excuse for me to spend a week down in that area. And I am doing the muzzleloader hunt.

You could always hunt 252 and spend a week drooling over sheep.

Oh I would diffently spend a few days down there. I could scout for your hunt while I am down there Thats probably the main reason I'll put it as one of my choices.
