.264 and 156 Berger

My experience with the 156 in PRC has mixed results. That bullet is absolutely devastating on deer size game. It is 100% not a bullet I will use again on elk size animals.

Care to elaborate on your experience with the 156 on elk? I have an incredible load worked up in Browning 6.5 PRC and since the gun and caliber are so accurate and easy to shoot I was thinking about using it (hopefully) for elk in WY next year. I've only personally seen antelope taken with them but as we all know, antelope aren't the toughest critters to put down. I know piles of elk have been killed with the 156 but it's good to hear the bad as well.
