Ruthunter, very good 6A bull, you have got to be thrilled with him. I have seen a few over the last 2 weekends in 6A also. Got TopGun and his buddy John in there right now. Yes it was nasty with all the rain for sure. There have also been a ton of hunters pushing the elk all over as well. Not much bugling, they seem to shut up as fast as they get started. The pockets are hard to find. Had 2 really good set ups last Sunday busted because as we had the bulls come in we had hunters pretty much walk right through our set ups. Very frustrating and we were in the quiet area with a 2 mile hike in. Every day we kept going deeper to get away from the crowd and everyday someone had the same idea. I say if you had the same kind of pressure you did outstanding my friend! Big congrats to you, way to get it done!
