75% of NH Moose deaths tick related.

I was sooooooo lucky to cash my NH points (1% odds) in 2012 and take a nice bull. The biologist interviewed in this article, Kristine Rines, was actually the one who I checked him in to. She did all the testing on it. Mine was very healthy and had no ticks due to the late October season I harvested him in. Moose quotas have plummeted since then.
