Hey id like to hear from the guys who have 270 and 7mm wsm's.how do like them.how does yours shoot etc.also whats the recoil like?

I have the 270wsm recoils like a 30-06 (no BOSS) shot a less than a 1/2 group with factories and even better with my reloads..GH

Howdy,

I have a light weight 7WSM synthetic stainless that until I put a decellerator recoil pad on it, it was a brute. Now its a ***** cat and shoots 1 inch groups with 150 gr. factory loads. I'll let you know about reloads! By the way, its a Winchester Mod. 70. IMHO, it is more versatile than the 270WSM. Better bullet choices.

I just got the scope on my 270 wsm its a winchester model 70 SS. Its had some custom work done on it and they got under 1 inch groups when it was tested, they guarente the under 1 in ch groups. My friend has the same rifle in 300wsm , I have shot it and it is sweet.
