9 mile bear

Anybody been out scouting that has a tag? Lots of snow still where I was, had a hard time moving around, some sign but not a lot. Any ideas where you professionals would go? Not wanting to run dogs unless I have to. I like to spot n stalk.

Hopper, I've been out there 3 times in the last week. If you have seen any fresh sign then you have seen more than me. I hope they start coming out, and I agree, spot and stalk will be fun!

What kind of elevation were you at?

Take out more than you brought in!

I've got an archery tag, I'll be setting up a bait site, but haven't been up to check things out yet.

Pretty high, 9200 feet

We have been out at least once a week for a while. We have started seeing some good sign.
