The MIL has macular degeneration and also a bleed. The days they do work and stick a needle in her eye to drain blood, she doesn't always feel well, and sometimes is even dizzy and nauseous. She likes mild, easy to eat, comfort food.

Doesn't get any better than chicken, rice, vegetable casserole for those times.
