Finding big bucks has been a bit tough for me this summer but found these two last night and think I might target the buck on the right if I can't track down any of my target bucks from last year.

I think this is the buck on the right from last year (taken late July)

Both are awesome bucks.

Curious though, as to what draws you to the right buck?

Score? Symmetry? Age? Box frame?

Just interesting what catches people's eyes.

Two great looking bucks.

When I hunted up there years ago I was always amazed at the size of the Mule deer in this region.
For that matter the bodies on both the Whitetails and Mule Deer were huge.
Our guides showed us several mule deer in the 190-200 range that he had hanging in his garage.

Wish I was up there chasing those big mule deer

Great bucks!! Hope you connect on the buck your after.. Thank you for sharing with us, keep us posted when you get blood on your hands!

I am drawn more towards deep forks, square frames (if that makes sense), and long main beams which this buck has all 3. If the left buck had bigger front forks then I'd have a tougher time making the decision.

Thanks for sharing some awesome photos..!! Good luck..!!

Awesome bucks. I think it's 3 different deer. The last year pic has eye guards on a distinctly different angle. But what do I know they are all amazing. Get it done
