A great day

Well I finally found the left side to my inline five a month and a half later. The crazy thing is it was no more than ten feet off a heavily used dirt road.

I never thought in my life time would I watch a buck drop a antler but that all changed today. I jumped a buck out of his bed and as he left I watched his horn come off. I thought my eyes where playing tricks till I heard the horn bounce around on the rocks.

Here is a one side to a nice three point I have been watching now I just need to find te other side.

And than a couple little ones that I found. The spike horn is pretty cool.

Planning on going out after work on sunday to enjoy a nice day in the hills. Maybe get lucky and find some more bone.

Work is good its a real eye opener being a CNA. You learn to appreciate what you have when you take care of others. How is the horn hunting going for you hornkiller?

Here is how my week ended. I ended up finding two brown sets and one white and a few singles.
