Hadn't seen the younger kids since X-Mas, and they wanted to visit for dinner. Steaks are expensive and quality is down, so prime London Broil was the choice. I tenderized with the blade chopper, marinated for 12 hours, and then grilled rare. Stuffed some mushrooms, and added asparagus with béarnaise sauce. Damn, I'm full!!
