Just before I retired. I looked at the stats concerning police shootings versus lawful shootings by citizens. For every criminal that the police shot, citizens were shooting 3 criminals in lawful justified shootings of self defense.

In a nutshell, the citizens were outshooting the cops by a margin of 3 to 1 in the U.S.

As for those stats, do not fool yourself that it will change the minds of most anti gun liberals. They do not care, they just want to ban all guns.
