This fool was down in my area they ought to hang him by you know what. They also got the clown at Farmington. Nice to see some of these guys getting caught, now maybe they will stick it to them.

It is great that they got them. Now if they could just catch the rest of the inbred, poaching idiots in this state maybe some game numbers would recover. Predators in this state have nothing over the poachers! Good shoot'n!

Glad they caught the turd head.
The paper said max of $4,500 fine and max 71/2 years jail time. Thats what the trusty game warden told police.

Yeah, it is good they are starting to catch these folks, but unless they start enforcing some higher penalties what is going to stop these folks from doing again in the future? Another post here in regards to the big mulie investigation sums it up pretty well when the fines paid by poachers are sometimes less than what an out of state hunter might pay to come here to hunt legally. Things definately need to change.

Fish and game needs to issue us permits for poachers. Hopefully the legal system will change. Im sure some of these poachers think that it is easier to get caught once in awhile and get a slap on the wrist than it is to put in for 5 to 12 years for special permit hunts.
