Just wanted to see what kind of antelope decoys have been effective for some of you guys in the past. I have an AZ archery antelope tag and the area has very little clearings and lots of pine trees, so they have lots of cover. The antelope act alot different from the ones out in the flats.... Any suggestions?

Make yourself a cow (cattle) decoy or a elk decoy (cow). They are used to seeing these animals in the trees, the elk, especially in the "DG's".
Don't just rely on a regular goat decoy, as they might not come to that if they are not in the rut.
Goats are very territorial and don't like trespassers. Rely on another decoy to get closer would be better.
Make sure the decoy you make has a place to hang your bow and a window that opens where you can shoot through the decoy.
Having both would suffice in all situations. If you find a big goat, try increasing the horn length of the decoy and they will sometimes come a running. Usually the length of the original decoys horn is too short. Another decoy - a doe with the buck works great too!
Good luck.
