Antelope unit 53 & deer region W

Hi everyone, I'm a NR hoping to get a little help. My understanding is that I would have super good chance at drawing a region W deer (buck) license with one point. Is my understanding correct?
Also, I'm wanting to know what my chances would be in drawing a Antelope tag for unit 53 with one point, sorry the draw odds are very confusing to me.

After looking I’d say region w deer would have to be special price for 100% with 1 point and 53 antelope you would have to get lucky In random draw with 1 point!
