..COOLER AND WET WEATHER WILL AFFECT SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...
AN EARLY SEASON STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING COOLER TEMPERATURES ALONG WITH RAIN AND SOME SNOW OVER SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. RAIN WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND THEN CHANGE TO SNOW SATURDAY NIGHT AND PERSIST INTO SUNDAY MORNING.
ACCUMULATING WET SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. AT THIS TIME... IT APPEARS THAT UP TO AN INCH OR TWO OF SNOW ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE MAINLY ON GRASSY SURFACES PRIMARILY OVER AREAS JUST EAST OF THE LARAMIE RANGE. SOME SNOW IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE BUT IT APPEARS THERE WILL BE LITTLE IF ANY ACCUMULATION.
STOCKGROWERS AND THOSE PLANNING TRAVEL OVER SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR THE CHANGE TO COOL AND WET WEATHER. THE SNOW MAY CAUSE ROADS TO BECOME SLICK IN PLACES SATURDAY NIGHT. BE SURE TO MONITOR THE LATEST WEATHER FORECASTS AND STATEMENTS THE NEXT FEW DAYS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE EARLY SEASON STORM.
