Mt Land and cost of living is absurd compared to avg wage. Especially western Mt. Whats the difference between a rich Californian and a poor Montanan? About 2 1/2 years! If you want a cheap fixer upper, I am selling one above great falls for $18,500.00. It would also be a good hunting getaway.

that is the flathead indian reservation. No big game hunting there. Higher taxes, and other problems associated with a reservation.

I live a couple hundred miles away. I will be up in a few weeks and will take some pics then. Good mule deer, pheasant, coyote, speed goats and fishing.
