You'll probably just have to deal with it.
Steel cases have a wax like coating. The hotter your chamber gets the more the wax melts and is left in your chamber. I would be willing to bet, most of your stuck cases are after you fired a burst and then let your barrel/chamber cool with a live round in the chamber. Once the wax cools it almost glues the live round in the chamber. You can see this crud by firing some brass cased rounds after a mag full of the steel junk. The brass will almost be black with the waxy coating.
A looser chambered rifle like a .223 version of the AK or a Mini-14 seem to on average cycle the junk stuff better.
Clean often and keep your barrel cool..
