I drew a NV unit 6 archery hunt this year. I've been putting in for a long time. I'm from NV but have since moved to the midwest, it's been 10 years or so since I've been through that part of the state. I get back to the Mormon Mountains and Gold Butte area fairly often but not much to the northern portions. I've done some backpacking in the Maggies and Deadhorse area and seen deer there. Not looking for anyone to give away GPS coordintes or anything but any updates on recent changes in the unit, fires, habitat, etc. General areas that are good for a base camp, your experiences in recent years, etc. I'd appreciate any insights you'd be willing to share and happy to reciprocate after I hunt. Thanks!
