area 6 vs. 114-115

What tag would you take out of these two? I've spent some time on 114 but have heard alot of good on 6. Im looking to burn 8 nr points. Thanks in advance for the help.

well I don't want you in 6 so go with 114-115.lol. not sure about 114-115 have not hunted there. I put in for 6 every year. I would take 111 or 6 over 114-115.

Smokepole, you applying muzzy??? 114-115 has the late hunt right??? If you're going muzzy, its a no brainer. You should have been able to draw 6 muzzy with way less points. This comment is based on what I've learned from other, serious mule deer hunters. The late muzzy in 114-115 is always one of my top 3 choices but I always seem to draw my 5th. No complaints though.

Yes Wiszard that is what nvgstew1 means. Us Nevadans like to call them by the area rather than the unit numbers, basically the are is the first two numbers of the units.

If you have any points don't burn them on a muzzleloader hunt. Keep applying for a rifle tag either late or early season. I drew a muzzleloader unit 6 tag last year and it was hotter than hell. Only chance at a big buck was jumping one, and I got in way back where nobody else was.
