That was exactly what I thought when it was brought out! Too many people tinker with loads and when using black powder or it's substitutes many times you can get away with that tinkering and not blow yourself up. Not so with smokeless powder! I have no idea if the steel in them is inferior as some say and that is what caused the problems some have had, but I know I'd never use smokeless powder in anything but a centerfire rifle.
