AZ Big Game Raffle

Could not find the details on what units in AZ the raffle winner (through Conservation First USA) can hunt for Mule Deer. All I found was a reference to "almost anywhere in the State". Can someone point me to the "fine print" ?

You're a pretty confident guy. I look at these things as more of donation since the odds are about 1 in 25,000 to win. Good Luck!

For mule deer it's literally anywhere in the state that is public land. I believe the only one that limits the units is the sheep tag (at least that's how it used to be).
