AZ G&F COVID Restrictions Question

I checked the G&F website and didn't see anything. Did AZ shut down spring turkey hunts to NR's? If NR's had a tag, did they get a refund? Had a trip planned to Nebraska for Merriam's, which was shut down for NR's, but could get the tag money back.

Asking because I'm applying for the deer hunts. If drawn and can't go due to COVID restrictions, curious if I get a refund on the license. I'll obviously purchase point guard for the points.

No restrictions here in AZ for non-residents. Come on over. We love that new out of state money. If you are from Kalifornia make your visit very short and return home quickly after your hunt.

I will admit, I kind of got a chuckle out of the thought AZGFD ever giving a refund. They only have an accounts receivable department and it is staffed quite well. When the last and only person in accounts payable died in 1923 they never replaced him.
