Tragic...
These young people are true heroes and they did not even need to go to the middle east to be put in harms way.
As a firefighter the danger is always in my mind every time I go out on a call.

My heart goes out to all the families. In 1994 our town lost 9 of the total 14 firefighters killed in the Storm King Fire in Colorado. There's a memorial (statue) honoring all the lives lost. Hopefully someone will do the same for the 19 lives lost. What a tragedy.

Yes. Moved away in 2005 tho....

As well as all the families that lost their houses in yarnell for the same fire. At least 50 homes burnt to the ground. My dad lost everything...
