AZlimited opportunity or Late hunt

I posted this on the Elk forum but I thought I should post here too. I have 9 Elk P. points for AZ and would really like to hunt there. Especially since the AZGF is going to the
'' increased opportunity'' philosophy. Based on my historical drawing sucess in AZ and every other western state I'm looking at some better odds alternatives. I'd sure appreciate your opinion and perhaps some info on the limited opportunity hunts. They are units 2, 15,17,18,19,20,28, and 32. Also,in your opinion which is the bestlate rifle hunt 22N or 23 ? Do not. Irepeat DO NOT waste 9 points on the 15,17 etc. area. 9 points should be about to get you a tag. either stick with the areas you are going for ar maybe a better draw for the regular hunts. 15,17 etc are 1 - 2 bonus point draw areas.

If quizzes are quizzical, what are tests?
