Background animal in movie "Wild"?

I just watched the movie "Wild" on cable. About an hour thirty into the movie, when she is running away from the bow hunters through a dark forest, something moves in the background over her left shoulder. It also has some kind of a reflection. I can't freeze frame it clear enough to see what it is but it is definitely something alive and shifting position. Maybe a camera man but it looks too big? Can anyone figure it out?
