bad binoculars

First of all all my gun have Leupold scopes never no problems.That said i boughta pair of leupold wind river casade binoculars with in the first week the adjustment retractable eyecup broke. send them back . second pair broke same place .Igot a new pair so far so good. Cabelas was good about returning them for a new pair.
