I like the part where they talk about the deer were disrespected because the boys slapped them on the neck and gave thumbs up?????? Who writes this crap? How much respect is it when I slap dead deer and give the thumbs up AND THEN JERK ITS GUTS OUT? I am pretty sure for respect to exist both involved parties, the shooter and the deer, need to actually have knowledge of what "respect" is. Deer know simply survival, respect in life or after is a consciousness they can't comprehend. This is Disney land journalism at its worst and one more reason your sport is under threat.

I agree, very few details in the article and I do not like how they reported them as "disrespecting" the deer, that is open to interpretation and not fineable.
I'm sure there are many actual poaching violations that they did not mention.

Utah DWR doesn't follow their own laws & rules. Guess these guys thought Tennessee was the same? Anyway, they won't waste gas money driving to hunt in New Jersey or Nebraska when they can just keep poachin in TN. They'll be back at it shortly. Hunting ban does not affect their activities in the least.

Muddy, I don't think you understand how inapt the UDNR really is. Mountain goats photos I took by Strawberry, I was told that I was full of #####. All they had to do was look at the Meta Data on the electronic copies I offered. Or what about the big horn sheep herd out on the deep creeks? They claim there is not any sheep out there yet the herd is around 20-30 sheep and every couple of years could have a harvestable ram. Does the DNR even care? Nope, and we won't even get going on the illegal actions they have done.
