Basin Carp

I've been looking around here in the Basin for a few carp to shoot some arrows at. I've found a few places but the carp are few and far between. Does anyone have any suggestions of places to look for the big lipped monsters?

I saw about 25 of them about 10 feet out in the water on some private property in Logan the other day. I need to get permission to go try my luck.

Many years ago Stewart Lake had a bunch.

I talked to a biologist about it. He said that when the water hits 47 degrees they move into the shallows and canals to spawn. Should be pretty soon. I dont know the exact water temp but as high of water as we have now its hard to go.
