I just wanted to pass along a great story about Bear's customer service. I recently purchased a Bear Empire. I am not historically a Bear fan but, I couldnt quit shooting it when I was shopping. Anyway, I have been shooting the bow for about two months and just installed a new sight. When i was making final adjustments I noticed the paint or finish on one of the limbs was cracking and peeling off. I wasnt sure if this was indicative of a failed limb or purely cosmetic. I called Bear and explained to them the situation and I had drawn two premium tags in Wyoming. To say I was nervous is an understatement. The rep said no problem. He would just cut out all the BS, took my address and phone number, and sent a brand new set of limbs out on UPS 3 day delivery. I was quite impressed and reinforced my decision to buy the bow.
