If I were going to pay for an outfitter for mule deer in Montana, I'd definitely look at private land long before thinking public.
 
I couldn't find any outfitter reviews for Beaver Creek, i encourage you to check references of both succesfull hunters as well as those who didn't fill their tags. I think Eastern & Central Montana has better deer hunting but it depends on what you consider to be a trophy. I've hunted with Hidden Valley Outfitters & took a respectable mulie in 2006. I can also recommend www.jjguide.com as well as Cottonwood outfitters.
