Best arrow rest for a recurve?

Need some advise fellas? I'm shooting a 55# Martin recurve. What arrow rest do you suggest?


Government doesn't fix anything and has spent trillions proving it!!!
Let's face it...After Monday and Tuesday, even the calender says WTF!

If you shoot instinctive you should shoot off the shelf. The arrow should be as close to your bow hand as possible. This style of shooting allows one to shoot from many positions with the bow held at almost any degree of cant. If you shoot pins or use a sight you are better off shooting from a rest, bow vertical not canted.
